Today, I will share it all with you.
Most players finish the main levels and never discover the vault system exists at all. That’s a shame, because these hidden codes unlock cosmetics you genuinely cannot get any other way — no grinding stars, no mana orb farming.
The Three Vaults
Geometry Dash has three separate vault systems, each accessed differently and each with its own set of codes. Understanding the layout helps you work through them without wasting time on dead ends.
The original Vault is accessible from the main screen — tap the small lock icon. The Vault of Secrets requires 50 diamonds to unlock, which is worth it. The Chamber of Time is the most hidden of the three, buried in the basement section of the main menu and requiring some deliberate searching to find the first time.
Vault Codes That Still Work
Enter these in the text box inside the original Vault. Capitalization matters on some codes, so if something fails, try it with different capitalization before assuming it is broken.
- Sparky — Unlocks the Companion creature. One of the most sought-after cosmetics for newer players and it is completely free.
- Spooky — Unlocks a second Companion variant with a different look
- Cycles — Unlocks a classic cube icon
- Neverending — Another cube, references one of the original main levels
- Mana — Unlocks a ship form not available through normal play
- Ahead — Unlocks an icon referenced in the game’s lore
- Clue — Gives a hint pointing toward the Chamber of Time
Probably should have mentioned this earlier, honestly — some codes interact with the vault keeper’s responses in specific sequences. After unlocking everything from one code, try a second code in the same session to see if the keeper’s dialogue changes.

Vault of Secrets Codes
The 50-diamond entry fee feels steep early on. I remember staring at that requirement for weeks before I had enough. But the Vault of Secrets contains more rewards than the original Vault, and the keeper here has more personality than the others — he comments on repeated visits and responds differently depending on what you have already unlocked.
- Glubfub — Ship form unlock
- Octocube — Unlocks a cube and reveals a random icon each time you enter it
- Blockbite — Cube unlock with a distinctive design
- Brainpower — Grants an orb reward instead of a cosmetic
- Potato — Gives a coin; the vault keeper’s reaction to this one is worth seeing in person
- Seven — Orb reward
Read his responses carefully. Some hint at codes elsewhere in the game — and I mean that literally, not just as flavour text.
Chamber of Time Codes
Finding the Chamber requires tapping specific hidden locations in the basement area. Once you are inside, the codes here are more cryptic and the rewards more unpredictable.
- Silence — Produces a specific response from the keeper
- Darkness — Gives a hint about another area
- Volcano — Unlocks something the game does not explicitly acknowledge
- River — Cryptic response worth reading
- Hunger — Try it and see what happens
Experiment with words that seem thematically appropriate to the setting. The Chamber is deliberately mysterious and that is part of what makes it interesting.
Tips for Working Through the Vaults
Set aside an hour and go through all three vaults in one session. Enter every code listed here, read the keeper responses, and note any hints that point toward secrets you have not found yet. The vault system connects to other hidden areas in the game, so the clues genuinely matter.
Some codes stop working between major updates and new ones occasionally get added. Check community forums after each update to stay current. The GD subreddit and main Discord server both have dedicated channels for vault discoveries.
The vault system rewards curiosity. Most players walk right past it. The ones who stop to explore come away with cosmetics and knowledge that the majority of the player base simply does not have.
